for the next couple of days I'll be teaching illusions at the Christian Performing Arts Festival in Jackson. So I may not be able to blog until Monday but check back if you can. I had an interesting day. I took Maya (my 3 year old) grocery shopping at Walmart. She is the funniest kid, but it was good to spend time with her. I want to invite everyone to Sunday School it starts at 10:00am if you haven't come in a while please come, and if you don't come at all Sunday would be a good time. Have a great weekend,

Jesus said in John 11:25-26 “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. 26 And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?” People are so worried about death, but Jesus says you don't have to worry about or fear death if you believe in Him. It gives me much peace knowing that I have already received eternal life with God when I die. I tell people all the time my bags are packed and I'm ready to go. I pray that your bags are packed.

This is my first blog and I am excited about sharing with everyone what God is doing in my life and the life of the Church I pastor Union Baptist Church. I hope to share a daily verse and comments about it and other thoughts about, society, our culture, my famliy and anything else that i think is intresting.
